What to includeYour name and contact details, the account or fund concerned, a description of the complaint, and the outcome you are seeking.
AcknowledgementReceipt is confirmed in writing within five business days, with a reference number.
ResponseA written response is provided within thirty business days of receipt. Complaints are handled by the Compliance function, independently of the business unit concerned, and at no charge to the client.
EscalationIf the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may refer it to the Capital Market Authority through its investor complaints channel at cma.org.sa.
RecordsAll complaints and their outcomes are recorded and retained in line with the Capital Market Institutions Regulations.
