Our PE Aggregator strategy is centered on creating national champions by consolidating smaller businesses, enabling them to significantly contribute to the aspirations of Vision 2030. By uniting fragmented sectors, we aim to elevate local enterprises to new heights, fostering a stronger, more resilient economy that aligns with the Kingdom’s transformative goals.
Infrastructure
The Infrastructure division is committed to catalyzing long-term growth through targeted equity investments in critical projects. Utilizing Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) and Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) models, we are developing a Developers’ Partnership Club Program to attract and manage substantial investments with precision and impact.
