Saif have previously worked at the National Development Fund (NDF), where he was one of the founding members in establishing the Treasury & Investment Deputyship. Saif graduated from New York University (NYU), where he majored in Economics with a specialization in Finance. He has several internships, across HSBC – Asset Management, Deloitte – Strategy, Samba Capital – Asset Management, Ministry of Economy & Planning – Pension strategy and, Banque Saudi Fransi – Treasury. Saif produced multiple research papers among which “Public Markets – Eliminating Factor Dilution”, and it was accredited by regional financial institutions.
